Very informative, but I don’t have the books as it downloads on my phone. I like holding books and turning pages.
I read a lot of health and nutrition books and I actually learned a lot from this one. Dr. Clayton's Mastering Your Health is a readable, well organized, and helpful book. You can incorporate his principles into any healthy diet . The book explains the how and why of healthy eating using clear language and thorough teaching of medical science without going so deep that your eyes glaze over. There are charts that make it easy to see which foods are highest in the nutrients he stresses and I printed these pages and put them on the refrigerator. The book has plenty of interesting recipes, and menu suggestions to help you plan your diet . I think the knowledge in this book is empowering and inspiring to get healthy. Plus the recipes are new to me and look good.
