Upon taking the first capsule, It was very different in smell and taste from any other supplement I have used --- a sense of something very powerful. I had to make adjustments to my Decaf Green Tea consumption as Green Tea and Berberine act as Diuretics' and that made me get up through the night to use the restroom. So I know it works. After making the adjustment, I get a good night's sleep.
